Focus on community development

ICA Fastigheter is a property owner with a long-term perspective, and with local entrepreneurship that is based on genuine sustainability work. With more than 200 of its own and jointly owned properties and over 1,000 square metres of retail and logistics space, ICA Fastigheter has good opportunities to develop green, healthy and safe communities with buildings where people meet, and social contexts are created.

2023 was the third year of collaboration between Solberg and ICA Fastigheter on the company's sustainability report. This year the assignment included sustainability consultancy, design and copywriting. The collaboration began in 2021 with us jointly developing a sustainability platform based on stakeholder interviews and a materiality analysis.
