Gap analysis, training and guidance in line with CSRD/ESRS

Bygg-Göta is a group of companies that have been running construction, construction management and property management for almost 60 years. The company has 100 of its own properties, both residential and commercial, and a portfolio of approximately 1,700 residential apartments and 650 premises.

When Bygg-Göta began the work for reporting according to CSRD/ESRS, Solberg conducted a current situation analysis in the form of a gap analysis to evaluate the sustainability work against the ESRS standards. Based on the analysis, strengths and weaknesses in the sustainability work were identified, which formed the basis for what needed to be developed and updated for future reporting.

Solberg trained the management team and board in ESG, legal requirements and CSRD/ESRS, due diligence, double materiality analysis and corporate governance for sustainability reporting. Solberg also supported Bygg-Göta in getting started with the company's dual materiality analysis, taxonomy reporting and sorting of ESRS data points to sort out what the organisation needs to report on. After the collaboration, Bygg-Göta has started key activities in line with the CSRD/ESRS reporting and has a plan for continued work before the sharp deadline.
