… supported by a new structure, design and technical features

MEKO AB, the parent company of, among others, Mekonomen, consists of leading car service chains with their own wholesale business in Northern Europe. The company was founded in 1973 and has since established itself as a reliable partner in the automotive industry. With more than 600 stores and over 4,300 workshops, MEKO offers a wide and easily accessible range of affordable and innovative solutions and products for everyone who drives, repairs or services vehicles.

In connection with MEKO updating its graphic profile, it was also relevant to review external platforms, including the structure and appearance of its website. We at Solberg were commissioned to create a communicative and user-friendly website that targets the capital market, employees and media. With our experience and expertise in design and technology, and our self-developed package for corporate websites, we were able to create a tailor-made solution for MEKO.

Together with MEKO’s communications department, we developed a new structure, design and new features – and filled the website with both content from the previous website and content, which through Solberg’s corporate web package is automatically updated from MEKO’s press page on Cision and Modular Finance. This includes press releases, shareholder data and stock statistics, insider lists and key figure tables.

This solution enables MEKO to now easily integrate press releases and stock and ownership information directly on its website, providing the capital market with easy access to sought-after information. The solution also helps MEKO to streamline its communication with the target groups and gives visitors to the website a more comprehensive understanding of MEKO’s operations and results.
